A non-refundable deposit of $100 (for any session) is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session. Your time and date is not reserved until the deposit is received full and clear. This deposit ensures that the photographer saves your scheduled time, arranges for photographer’s childcare, potentially rents equipment, and handles all the behind-the-scenes tasks related to carrying out a session. Therefore, the deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation with less than one week's notice. If you CANCEL with less than one week’s notice, you forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling due to weather, reasonable schedule conflict, illness, family emergencies, etc. should occur within one month of original scheduled date, in accordance to photographer’s availability. All remaining session balances are due at the time of session. No part of any order, including proofs will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
